Allstate Insurance: Zee Insurance Agency is looking for motivated candidates to fill positions as Full Time Insurance Sales Representatives for their location in Plano, TX area. Preferably licensed, and experienced in insurance sales to be considered for these positions.

$36,000 - $72,000+ is possible per year + BONUSES

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.

Requirements

• A Property & Casualty license is required.

• Prior Sales Experience.
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Create relationships from a cold start.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• Must have ability to multi-task.
• Professional phone etiquette.
