Our office is expanding and we are looking to hire the right individual to join our outstanding customer service team. We are currently seeking to fill a full-time position. As a Customer Service Sales Representative you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintain knowledge of our products and systems, and answer any questions our clients may have.

Insurance industry or office work experience is not required but would be a great benefit relating to customers, especially in the beginning for this position. Responsibilities

 

  • Immediately greet all customers calling/entering the office in a friendly and helpful manner
  • Take initial premium payments from customers
  • Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information
  • Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring
  • Maintain knowledge of new products
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
  • Informs customers of promotions and new or upgraded products using prepared scripts
  • Document each customer contact in APEX
  • Schedule appointments and meet with prospective customers
  • Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a timely manner

Requirements

  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Must have ability to multi-task.
  • Professional phone etiquette.
  • Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
  • Great Customer Service Skills.
  • Problem-Solving Capabilities.

  • Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
  • Be capable of handling customer rejection.
  • Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial (not required).
  • No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn
