As a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to provide personalized insurance solutions to our valued clients. Your role will involve conducting client consultations, assessing their insurance needs, and offering tailored advice. You will handle inbound calls, address client inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service at all times.

Salary: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

  • Client Consultations: Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide personalized advice.
  • Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls from clients, addressing their inquiries and offering solutions.
  • Policy Recommendations: Design insurance plans that align with each client's unique requirements.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with clients and ensure their continued satisfaction.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and changes to provide informed advice to clients.

Requirements

  • Licensing: Must possess or be willing to attain an Active CA Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health Insurance License.
  • Prior Experience: Experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Customer-Focused: A passion for providing exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a hybrid remote work environment.
