Edik Davidyan's Farmers Insurance Agency in Glendale, CA is hiring a Bilingual (Armenian and English) Customer Service Sales Representative to join our growing team!

Salary: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and brand loyalty
  • Follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems to agent
  • Provide customers with additional information about new products and services that best suit their needs
  • Respond to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe
  • Assess and identify the wants and needs of your customer(s) over the phone
  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
  • Have a ton of fun while being part of a competitive team!

Requirements

  • Must possess or be willing to attain a Property & Causality and/or Life & Health insurance license
  • Bilingual - Armenian and English required
  • Sales experience or a client-facing background is a plus
  • Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior
  • Must have strong interpersonal communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
  • Must be motivated and determined
  • Must be coachable
  • Reliably commute (Glendale, CA) or planning to relocate before starting work
