Responsibilities

• Assess and identify the wants and needs of your customer(s) over the phone or in person.
• Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs.
• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of new products.
• Prospect and generate new business through leads & referral sources.
• Follow-up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve problems.

Requirements

• Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses are required.
