Salary: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and responding to client emails and phone calls
• Supporting new business by managing important documents for said new business
• Retaining accounts for current clients by processing policy update/change requests
• Taking care of all client needs in a timely manner, and with a positive attitude
• Maintain knowledge of all products and services offered to keep clients informed and up to date

Requirements

• Currently possess Property and Casualty Insurance license
• Experience working in insurance agency / insurance industry 
• 3 years experience in Personal Insurance
• Ability to work well in a paperless work environment; ability to work well with up-to-date technologies
• Knowledge of basic office computer applications
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented work environment
