Job Description

We have an opening for a Full time, Health Insurance Sales Professional at our Insurance agency in Raytown, Mo. We would like to find someone that is experienced, licensed, and with at least 2-5 years selling health insurance, supplemental benefits, or group health benefit plans. No life and health license and no experience need not apply.  You will be responsible for making contacts and setting appointments, but you will also have the support of a Telemarketer that will make calls on your behalf to also set appointments. We have partnering agencies that will also be a good source of additional prospects.

Our agency is Full Service meaning that we sell Auto, Home, life, commercial, Supplemental, and Group Health insurance.

Build your own book of business and share in the residual income.

***First year income potential $40-$80k
***Second year income potential $80k+ with potential to make up to $120k+ with residual income!

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production/Sales goals and objectives as established.
• Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with many different business structures.
• Prospect and generate new business through leads & referral sources.

Requirements

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and be coachable.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Create relationships from a cold start as well as warm leads.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
