Job Description

Our Insurance office is growing and we are looking for one highly motivated, self-driven individual to bring on board as our Office Manager. This is an extremely rare and rewarding opportunity to build a career with endless potential.

Responsibilities include ensuring office efficiency, providing top level service to existing and future customers, along with other tasks.

We are looking for someone who is well organized, performance motivated, and able to lead a team to create the best work environment possible.

Salary: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

 

  • Manage a team to ensure office is meeting goals and running efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Be outstanding at relationship building.
  • Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.
  • Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
  • Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.
