We are growing aggressively and seeking an entry level customer service representative to join the team, learn and grow with our agency.

What does a customer service representative do at Trailstone?

• 1st and always... we treat others the way we would want to be treated.  Google us and read the reviews, our customers love working with us. We have over 900 reviews and still have a 5 star rating.
• Help our clients with changes to their insurance policies, such as adding a vehicle, changing home coverage, adding a driver to a policy, etc.
• Assist with answering questions about policy coverages. 
• Advising the client when their insurance renews.
• Be a friend to our clients when they need us... like when they have a claim.
• Serve our clients and enjoy helping solve their issues.

• Hourly pay increases after 90days
• $500 Signing Bonus (if licensed) or $500 Bonus once you receive your insurance license.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients through email, phone and chat messaging as needed.
• Endorse policies for clients as needed.
• Provide policy documents to clients. 
• Build and maintain relationships with our existing client base.
• Document customer interactions in agency management software.

Requirements

• Property and casualty insurance license is needed but can be attained after you start working. Trailstone will pay for your school and licenses. 

• Working knowledge of computer software:  Microsoft Office products, Drobox, Customer Management Software.

• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.

• Be self-motivated, we are looking for a self starter.

• Willingness to learn and be coached.

• Able to work full time- typically 9-5 but there is some flexibility on schedule.
