Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Policy Assistance: Assist clients with policy-related questions, changes, and updates to ensure their needs are met effectively.

Issue Resolution: Handle client issues and complaints efficiently, finding solutions that align with company policies and client satisfaction.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and transactions to ensure data integrity.

Client Education: Educate clients on insurance options, coverage details, and available services to empower them to make informed decisions.

Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure a seamless client experience and contribute to a positive working environment.

Requirements

Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer service or a related field is desirable.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
