The Portale Agency is expanding and has an opening for top notch Customer Service Representatives to join our award winning sales team. With our insurance agency’s extensive customer care work, and our amazing products and services, we are excited with the opportunity to maintain our momentum and continue to gain market share.

Responsibilities

• Service customers ever day needs.
• Increase retention by providing great service.
• Generating insurance quotes.
• Review customer's policies, looking for discounts and all possible ways to maximize coverage.
• Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospects & client needs and their personal goals.

Requirements

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• A property & casualty license is preferred but will train good individual. Must be willing to get licensed.
• A terrific presenter and communicator, and a barracuda closer.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Career minded vision.
• Excellent Spelling and Grammar skills.
• Responds to all inquiries, cancelation requests, and sales requests within specified timeframe.
• Successful sales background.
