The Jennifer Haring Agency – Farmers Insurance is hiring a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to focus exclusively on new business production.

Our agency is structured so producers spend their time selling and closing policies while our CSR team manages service and renewal support..
Producers who consistently write $45K–$60K in monthly premium typically earn $4,000–$6,000 per month.
Top producers in our agency consistently write $45K–$60K in monthly premium, with strong performers exceeding those levels.
This role is ideal for a licensed agent who wants to focus on closing new business and growing income rather than servicing existing accounts.
Salary: $45,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Quote and bind new personal lines policies (Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Specialty)
- Generate new business through inbound leads, referrals, and prospect outreach
- Follow up quickly with internet leads and warm prospects
- Contact prior agency clients and cross-sell opportunities
- Build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline
- Track activity and production within the agency CRM
- Meet monthly production goals and sales performance standards
Requirements
- Active Texas Property & Casualty license (required)
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
- Prior insurance sales experience preferred
- Strong phone and closing skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive sales mindset
- Comfortable working toward monthly production goals
- Ability to manage multiple quotes and follow-ups daily
