This role is designed for confident closers — individuals who are skilled at presenting solutions, overcoming objections, and asking for the sale.
The Personal Lines Sales Producer is a sales-only role focused on closing new Personal Lines business from proactively generated opportunities, including win-backs, re-quotes, and follow-ups.
Salary: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

SALES-ONLY ROLE
- Quote, present, and close new Personal Lines policies
- Conduct inbound and outbound sales conversations
- Convert quoted opportunities into bound policies
- Cross-sell multiple policies per household
- Maintain strong close ratios through disciplined follow-up
- Document sales activity accurately in CRM
Requirements

- Active Texas Personal Lines or P&C license (required)
- Bilingual English/Spanish (required)
- Confident asking for the business
- Comfortable with outbound sales conversations
- In-office availability
