This Personal Lines Sales Producer role is ideal for individuals who want to lead by example, build influence through performance, and grow into future leadership roles.
This is a new-business-only sales position requiring proactive pipeline creation, consistent production, and professionalism. High performers will have opportunities to advance into mentor, management, commercial sales, or the Farmers Protégé program.
Salary: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

SALES-ONLY ROLE
- Generate, quote, and close new Personal Lines policies
- Proactively work assigned win-backs and prior prospects
- Maintain consistent outbound activity to create quote opportunities
- Meet or exceed monthly production goals
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation and follow-up
- Participate in coaching and leadership development
- Set the standard for sales activity and accountability

- Active Texas Personal Lines or P&C license (required)
- Bilingual English/Spanish (required)
- In-office availability
