This role is built for competitive sales professionals who are motivated by results, rankings, and winning.
The Personal Lines Sales Producer is a new-business-only role focused on proactively generating, quoting, presenting, and closing Personal Lines insurance policies. This is not an inbound-only sales position — success comes from daily outbound activity, disciplined follow-up, and execution.
This is an in-office role designed for individuals who want to outperform goals and grow into higher-earning and leadership opportunities.
Salary: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
2️⃣ Responsibilities
SALES-ONLY ROLE
- Generate, quote, and close new Personal Lines policies
- Proactively work win-backs, prior quotes, and assigned opportunities
- Create quote opportunities through outbound calling and follow-ups
- Target 6–10 quote opportunities per day through proactive outreach and follow-up
- Maintain strong close ratios through consistent activity
- Track production and performance metrics daily
- Participate in coaching focused on increasing volume and conversion
Requirements

- Active Texas Personal Lines or P&C license (required)
- Bilingual English/Spanish (required)
- In-office availability, Monday–Friday
- Competitive, results-driven mindset
- Comfortable with daily outbound calling
- Proven ability to work toward monthly sales goals

This is not an inbound-only role. Producers who are uncomfortable with outbound activity, daily metrics, or performance accountability will not succeed in this position. This role is best suited for individuals who have already met or exceeded monthly sales goals in prior roles.
