Job Description
The Jennifer Haring Agency - Farmers Insurance is one of the TOP agencies in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, and we are seeking a high-performing, licensed, insurance sales producer. We require someone fluent in English and Spanish, with a minimum of three years of insurance sales success.
Our district, 3504, is a Farmers' Presidents Council member, ranked among the top 1% of all districts.
Completion of the Assessment is required prior to an interview.
Salary: $24,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
We Provide Leads
- Contact provided leads to offer Property & Casualty insurance policies to individuals using the agency's proprietary phone system.
- Assess client needs and provide tailored coverage recommendations
- Quote and bind policies using training provided through the University of Farmers and local trainers you'll have access to.
- Maintain compliance with state insurance regulations and company procedures
- Exceed sales goals and generate referrals by providing excellent service.
- Document all client interactions accurately and follow up promptly.
Requirements
Minimum
- Active Texas General Lines Property & Casualty license (required)
- Minimum three years of insurance sales experience
- Strong, verifiable track record of success. Be prepared to discuss your production metrics during the interview - average calls per day, monthly close ratio, and number of policies sold.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to use virtual tools (Zoom, CRMs, Email)
- Bilingual English and Spanish (this is required for this role)
- Life & Health license and experience in life insurance sales a plus
- Completed assessment is required prior to an interview.
