Farmers Insurance District 3504 - one of Farmers' Presidents Council districts - is seeking a motivated, bilingual (English/Spanish) Personal Lines Sales Producer to join The Jennifer Haring Agency - Farmers Insurance.
This is a pure sales position, focused exclusively on writing new auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies. You'll work with qualified leads provided by the agency, as well as inbound calls, referrals, and marketing campaigns throughout Texas.
Your mission is to connect with prospective clients, identify their coverage needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales efficiently and compliantly. Our dedicated service team handles renewals and customer service - your focus is production and new business growth.

Salary: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Contact provided leads, build lasting client relationships, and drive new business growth.
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Handle all incoming calls from customers and follow-up.
- Document each customer interaction in detail
- Ask for referrals and explain our referral program.
- Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
- Maintain knowledge of new products and services and remain current with required training provided locally and online, by Farmers.
- We require someone fluent in English and Spanish, with a minimum of three years of insurance sales success.
Requirements
- Active Texas Property and Casualty General Lines license required
- Minimum three years of insurance sales experience
- Verifiable track record of success. Be prepared to discuss your numbers (calls a day and average closing ratio) in the interview.
- General Lines Life and Health License is preferred.
- Please complete the assessment as soon as possible. A completed assessment is required prior to an interview.
- We seek people who do what they say they are going to do.
- This is a sales-only position. Prior account servicing experience is welcome but not required.
