Salary: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

  • Add valuable support to the Operations and Tech Ops team as we scale 
  • Join a close knit Tech/Operations team and  have an enormous impact on the company

  • Support key projects focused on our partnerships, new agents, and conversion

  • Own all onboarding tasks for new agents and ensure all agents are set up with necessary systems

  • Own data integrity and accuracy in our crucial partnership portals

  • Prepare presentations for internal partnership meetings

  • Manage and create spreadsheets/tools for various departments to track metrics

  • Assist Operations Manager with various tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years administrative experience

  • Proficiency in  Excel/Google Sheets 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Exceptional analytical skills to sift through high volumes of data and information

  • Ability to work sitting down in front of a computer for long hours every day

  • Problem solving abilities 

  • Customer service minded

  • Teachable

  • Humble, Hungry, and Smart

  • Solution-Oriented

  • Willing to question current processes in the spirit of improvement

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail
