Are you a motivated Individual ready to grow with a well-established agency?

Were expanding our team and looking for a licensed Health and life Insurance Agent to join our successful and energetic insurance office. This is a great opportunity with full support, warm leads, and competitive compensation.

Salary: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• As an agent representative focus will be on Health and ACA Plans that meets clients needs and assisting them with the enrollment process. 
• Prospecting and generating new business through warm leads & referral sources.
• Identify prospective enrollees and determine eligibility
• Conduct and participate in telemarketing/outreach efforts as required
• Meet or exceed monthly production goals as set by management

Requirements

• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
• Texas Life & Health Insurance license will be required.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Confident individual who works well independently.
• Must be highly self-motivated.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Driven and goal-oriented individual.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Be willing and able to handle customer rejection
• Be equipped with great listening and closing skills.
• No insurance experience required but a can do attitude is required
