As an Agency Sales Manager, you will oversee sales operations, lead a team of sales representatives, and develop strategies to expand our client base. Salary: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of sales representatives, fostering a positive and motivating environment.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to reach and exceed agency targets.

Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate the performance of sales team members, providing feedback and coaching as needed.

Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and market developments to capitalize on new opportunities.

Networking: Build and expand professional networks to generate new business leads.

Training & Development: Facilitate sales training sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

Licensing: Active Texas Property & Casualty License is a must.

Experience: Proven track record in insurance sales with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Customer Focused: Passion for providing top-notch client service and support.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Leadership: Experience in managing and motivating a sales team to achieve targets.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM platforms and communication tools.
