Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.
Sales Initiatives: Drive sales campaigns, focusing on policy enhancements and upselling relevant products.
Customer Service: Handle inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure client satisfaction.
Policy Management: Assist clients in managing and updating their insurance policies, ensuring coverage meets their changing needs.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and strategies for optimizing sales and customer service.
Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry developments, enhancing skills and knowledge to contribute to the agency's growth.
Licensing: An active Allstate Property & Casualty License is required.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is highly desirable.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
