Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross an up-sell opportunity including financial
• products.
• Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further
• sales and solve or refer problems.
• Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists.
• Solicit new business from prospects received from various lead sources.

Requirements

We are currently seeking individuals who can obtain a Property and Casualty License. If you do not currently have an active license... our HR Team will provide details on how to get started.

• NO work experience necessary.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong attention to detail with time management and decision making skills.
• Prior customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to be persuasive, persistent and confident in completing a sale.
• Bilingual is a plus.
