If so, we are looking for an Insurance Agency Sales Manager to be responsible for managing policy sales and overseeing the sales team. The responsibilities of an Insurance Sales Manager include setting and monitoring sales goals, facilitating the professional development of the team, and providing customer support.

 

 

Salary: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Insurance Sales Manager Responsibilities:

  • Steering and monitoring sales objectives.
  • Providing sales strategies, feedback, and marketing plans.
  • Contributing to meeting sales targets.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Answering customer queries.
  • Mediating disputes with customers.

Requirements

Insurance Sales Manager Requirements:

  • 2 Years os Insurance Sales Experience (REQUIRED)
  • 2 Years of Management Experience (REQUIRED) 
  • MUST have an active P&C and Life Insurance License
  • Sales acumen.
  • Solid understanding of Insurance Products
  • Be able to provide mentorship.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead a team to success!
