Salary: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Effectively communicate and engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Assist clients in managing their policies, including updating information, processing claims, and addressing billing inquiries.

Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.

Collaborate with insurance agents to cross-sell and up-sell additional coverage options to clients based on their needs.

Proactively identify and resolve any issues or concerns that clients may have, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the agency.

Requirements

Prior experience in customer service.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.

Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions.

Proficient computer skills and the ability to navigate insurance software and databases.

Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a genuine desire to assist and support clients. Must complete the assessment before consideration. Please only serious, mature applicants.
