Outbound calling & lead qualification (SDR responsibilities)

Customer service & client support

Onboarding new clients

Supporting licensed agents

Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Sales Development (SDR Duties)

Make outbound calls to warm leads

Qualify prospects using scripts

Transfer interested prospects to licensed agents

Maintain call logs and activity targets

Customer Service Duties

Assist clients with policy updates and service requests

Help with onboarding and documentation

Conduct friendly policy reviews

Identify potential sales opportunities and route to agents

Maintain accurate client records

Requirements

Strong communication skills (phone confidence required)

Organized and detail-oriented

Comfortable making outbound calls

Positive attitude and coachable mindset

Professional and dependable

Must be serious and ready to start immediately

Insurance experience is a plus, but not required.

If you are not licensed, you must be willing to obtain your insurance license. We will support the right candidate in growing into a licensed role.
