Farmers Insurance Team Twin Cities (District 02 - Nicholas Hansel) is hiring Insurance Sales Representatives to join our growing team!

Our District Office is in Woodbury, MN and our team supports 65 agents throughout Minnesota--We would like for you to join us! We are Team Twin Cities and we're up to big things! We provide Auto, Home, Business, and Life Insurance (Among many other product lines) to help protect our clients and their assets. If you want to be a part of a winning and competitve culture, then this could be the career for you.

We are looking for individuals who want to take control of their life and financial future and eventually become an agency owner with Farmers Insurance. We have seen people from all backgrounds do very well in this industry and a large portion of that is due to the training and assistance we provide.

Are you a recent college graduate, or wanting to learn the fundamentals of business ownership before taking over? The Protégé program might be a great opportunity for you to learn and grow!

Protégé Program: This program provides individuals seeking an entrepreneurial opportunity with access to a 12-month development program that will provide an opportunity to become an agent with Farmers. You will work for a mentor agency owner and have access to resources that can help you establish skillsets for future excellence, while learning the business and benefiting from a nationally recognized brand. This program does not have a liquid asset requirement.

Requirements

College degree (Preferred but not required)

Sales and customer service experience

Excellent communication skills

Self-motivated and goal oriented

Strong organizational and time management skills

Desire to continually learn new products and services

Be willing to work towards getting your Property, Causality, Life and Health insurance license (No previous insurance experience required)

Salary: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.

Requirements
