Team Harry Levine strives to provide our family of clients with an Effective, Efficient, and Elevated insurance experience.  Our Customer Service Representatives work with our insureds to fulfill their daily needs such as vehicle changes, driver changes, mortgage changes, payments, sending proof of insurance and other crucial tasks that allow people to move ahead in their day!  

Salary: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Effectively and Efficiently Elevate our clients' insurance journey!
• Generate and issue auto insurance ID cards.
• Generate and issue proof of home insurance.
• Assist clients with payments.
• Educate clients on self-serve options.
• Process auto loan and mortgagee changes.
• Problem solve for clientele so that their needs are met!
• Assist the office team as needed.

Requirements

• Excellent technology skills.
• Customer Service oriented/people person.
• Florida 440, 2020, or 2044 insurance license preferred.
• Portuguese language skills preferred.
• Spanish language skills preferred.
• Desire to be a team player.
• Desire to grow through continuing education and industry designations.
