In this role you will provide exceptional customer service to our Commercial and Personal Lines clients, addressing all of their insurance-related questions, concerns, and requests. Responsibilities

• Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Take premium payments from customers.
• Produce certificates of insurance.
• Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, offer additional insurance protection, and solve or refer problems.
• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
• Present and explain insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.
• Provide customers with additional information about new products and services.

Requirements

• Bilingual required with strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• P&C license required.
• Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Great Customer Service Skills.
• Driven and goal-oriented individual.
• Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
