Salary: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Conduct policy reviews with customers. 
• Process policy change requests.
• Take premium payments from customers.
• Review, quote and issue renewal policies. 
• Complete applications and obtain electronic signatures. 
• Document customer contacts and upload documents into our Agency Management System. 
• Maintain client relationships with prompt customer communications via phone, text, email and US Mail.  
• Assist customer by solving problems.  .
• Foster strong relationships to maintain a high level of client retention.

Requirements

• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Problem-Solving Capabilities a must.
• Works well with other employees and is a team player.
• Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
• Currently possess or able to obtain a MS Property & Casualty insurance license.
