Salary: $24,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement:  Sell, market, and service our insurance products to existing clients and new customers.  Establish, develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.  Explain coverage limits & options to fit their specific needs.  Ask questions and obtain the information needed to run quotes, endorsements, etc.  Be a trusted advisor.      
• Develop Lead Sources:  Solicit sales leads via personal networking. Develop ongoing relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.  Encouraged to attend events, functions outside of the office where networking opportunities exist.  
• Career Development:  Work hard but work smart.  Take pride in your work.  Work with integrity, a high standard of ethics, be honest and never stop learning.  

Requirements

• We are interested in speaking with experienced Property & Casualty Insurance Professionals with at least 1 year of sales, marketing or underwriting experience.
• Mississippi Property & Casualty License is required. 
• Must complete the self-assessment to be considered for this position.
