Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable Allstate products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional service.
• Explain insurance policy details clearly and concisely, ensuring clients feel confident in their coverage.
• Process new business applications and policy changes accurately.
• Collaborate with the agency owner to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall agency growth.
• Stay informed about new Allstate products, services, and industry trends.

Requirements

• Active property and casualty insurance license, or willingness to obtain license.
• Proven success in customer service and/or sales, ideally in the insurance industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine desire to help people and build lasting relationships.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet sales goals.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
