Salary: $38,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Client Interaction: Engage actively with clients to assess their insurance needs and offer personalized solutions.

Inbound and Outbound Calls: Manage customer inquiries and proactively reach out to potential clients to offer new insurance options.

Policy Tailoring: Customize insurance solutions to align with the unique requirements of each client.

Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to enhance client portfolios by offering additional insurance products.

Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring continuous satisfaction and loyalty.

Industry Knowledge: Keep informed of industry changes and new product offerings to deliver up-to-date information to clients.

Requirements

Licensing: Possession of an Ohio Property & Casualty License is required.

Experience: At least one year of experience in insurance sales or customer service is highly preferred.

Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills are essential to effectively engage with clients.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical abilities to tailor insurance solutions to fit clients' needs.

Technology: Proficiency in using CRM software and other digital tools for communication and data management.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a hybrid remote work environment, maintaining productivity and responsiveness.

Team Spirit: Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting, fostering a cooperative and welcoming work environment.

Client Focus: Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and maintain their trust and satisfaction.
