Salary: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Product Knowledge: Stay well-informed about the various insurance products offered by Sheppard Insurance Agencies.
Custom Solutions: Develop personalized insurance plans that cater to individual client requirements and preferences.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales objectives and contribute to team success.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Communication: Coordinate within the team and with clients to ensure a seamless insurance experience.
Licensing: Possess an active Ohio Property & Casualty License before start date.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a customer-facing role preferred.
