Job Description

We are a Farmers Insurance Prime agency looking to add our next Top Sales Representative. You will be a key player at our Farmer's Insurance office which is proud to be the best in the business! We are looking for a sales representative to recruit new clients and educate them about their insurance program. 

Salary: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Meet daily sales activity metrics through a variety of methods including cold calling, generating referrals, and cross selling current clients.
• Maintain accurate sales activity, prospecting, and client records.
• Accurately prepare quotes and make appropriate coverage recommendations to existing and new clients.
• Follow our proven sales and service process.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Accurately onboard new clients and their insurance policies. 
• Accurately and professionally service current client accounts.
• Professionally represent agency to clients, prospects, and our community.  

Requirements

• A current Property & Casualty license is preferred but will work with motivated individuals to obtain.
