Compensation:

Competitive Base $24/Hour

New Business Commissions

Salary: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with prospective and existing customers to offer the best product solution(s) for the customers unique needs
• Ensure positive customer experience and agency reputation with every interaction
• Conduct needs-based policy reviews and update coverages as needed
• Cross-sell products within households to focus on increasing retention
• Prospect and generate new business through telemarketing warm leads, referrals, networking, and cold leads
• Generate insurance quotes in high volumes
• Maintain accurate documentation in agency computer systems

Requirements

• Bilingual (Vietnamese/Spanish)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with insurance sales
• Currently Property and Casualty (P&C) Licensed
• Good operational computing skill (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows, Internet Browsers)
• Confident self-starter
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong organizational skills
• Client focused
