Job Description
Seagroves Agency, Inc. is seeking an experienced Insurance Customer Service Representative. This position requires a self-motivated individual with excellent customer service skills. You will be responsible for processing endorsements, taking payments, resolving billing issues, coverage counseling, and adhering to underwriting guidelines.
Salary: $40,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Partner with producers to support servicing their accounts
Communicate with clients via phone and email in a prompt and efficient manner
Track interactions through a customer relationship management (CRM) platform
Ensure complete and accurate client and policy data and documents are maintained
Assist in renewal planning, renewal proposals, and placement processes
Process applications, cancellations, reinstatements, endorsements, and other policy-related activities
Perform annual account renewal reviews
Requirements
Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty Insurance License within first 60 days of hire
Minimum 1-3 years insurance industry experience is preferred
Experience using EzLynx Management System is preferred
Experience with high net worth clients is a plus
Strong written and oral communication skills
Effective organizational skills and attention to detail
