Looking for a new opportunity that will stretch your skills and offer you an opportunity to help others? 

Under general supervision, accountable for growth, maintains and builds the relationship between the agency and clients. Responds to telephone and written correspondence, comments, questions and complaints from customers. Assist Producer during the marketing and quotation process.

Must have professional written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate and build relationships with clients and the Agency. Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
  • Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
  • Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
  • Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.

Requirements

  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Create relationships from a cold start.
  • A property & casualty license is preferred but will train good individual.
