With a hybrid remote work setup, you'll have the flexibility to work both from our office in DUARTE, California and remotely.

As the first point of contact for our Korean-speaking customers, you'll provide personalized assistance, answer inquiries, process policy changes, and address any concerns they may have. Your fluency in Korean and English will be instrumental in building trust and ensuring clear communication.

Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service to Korean-speaking clients, assisting them with their insurance needs

- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and resolve customer issues promptly and courteously

- Process policy changes accurately and efficiently

- Educate clients on insurance coverage and benefits

- Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system

Requirements

- Fluency in Korean and English

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages

- Prior customer service experience preferred

- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

- Ability to work both in the office and remotely

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
