Salary: $33,280.00 - $69,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

  • Respond to clients about basic underwriting guidelines, policies, and marketing initiatives to service accounts
  • Maintain agency computer files and records (Record details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken)
  • Oversee and maintain client application and policy information
  • Assist in reviewing renewal business and apply appropriate follow-up actions based on degree of change
  • Client/Claims liaison
  • May assist in cross-selling and up-selling products to existing clients based on needs presented
  • General customer service duties as presented
  • Maintain personal insurance continuing education requirements -- Must be licensed in order to advise on policies
  • Miscellaneous office tasks
