Responsibilities

A Day in the Life of a Sales Agent:

Start the morning with our Daily Team Huddle

Develop insurance quotes for prospective clients

Conduct sales presentations following our sales process

Ensure all of our clients have a 5-Star experience

Collaborate with our team of professionals to achieve high sales targets



Requirements

What Makes a Sales Agent Successful?

A sales or customer-facing background is preferred

An insurance background is even better

Must be intrinsically motivated to succeed

Must be tenacious and possess a “Hunter Mentality”

Must be solution-oriented

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Coachability is essential. There are always opportunities to improve

Must be team-oriented. We win when the team wins

Strong technological skills are required
