Salary: $36,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the rental car department, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

Manage the rental fleet, including inventory, maintenance scheduling, and vehicle readiness.

Handle customer inquiries, reservations, and rental agreements with professionalism and care.

Develop and implement strategies to maximize rental revenue and customer satisfaction.

Train and supervise rental staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and industry regulations.

Coordinate with the service department for vehicle maintenance and repairs.

Requirements

Previous experience in car rental management or a related customer service/operations role.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in dealership management software and standard office applications.

A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

A positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
