Job Description

We are looking for a young person who has recently finished high school and wants to work in an office!

This person will work most of the day interacting with English and Spanish speaking customers, will learn the products and services that are marketed, will receive training and, depending on their performance, will have the opportunity to grow in the company.

Salary: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Front Desk Management
• Greet clients and visitors professionally and warmly.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls. 
• Manage the reception area to ensure it's tidy, organized, and professional.
• Client Interaction
• Schedule client appointments and maintain calendars for accountants or tax preparers.
• Handle walk-ins and will distribute the client to their respective operations coworker
• Ensure a welcoming environment, especially during tax season or audits.
• Administrative Support
• Sort and distribute mail and packages.
• Onboarding of the Employee. Introducing their work-area.
• Communication Liaison
• Manage inbound/outbound correspondence (faxes, letters).
• Relay messages (Walk Ins and Calls) promptly to the appropriate staff members.

Requirements

Bilingual (Spanish-English)

High school graduate who wants to work in an office
