Base compensation plus commission!! 

Successful candidates will have the ability to create a network of referral partners including mortgage loan officers, realtors, and title companies.  Some leads are also provided through agency marketing campaigns like Facebook and Google.  A positive, cooperative attitude are paramount to achieving success.

Salary: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Create and expand our current network of referral partners
• Prospect for new business by closing sales leads generated from those referral partners, networking, marketing, and lead databases.
• Assist in the production and management of on-line marketing campaigns
• Prepare and present complete and competitive insurance quotes in a timely fashion that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
• Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve problems.
• Assist with Customer Service when needed.

Requirements

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Previous work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with excellent oral and written communication skills
• Minimum 3-5 years prior sales experience is preferred.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Existing relationships with referral partners is a major plus
• 2 or 4 year college degree required unless you already have significant sales experience.
• Must currently possess a Property & Casualty license
