Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and driven individual with a winning spirit to join our fast paced sales department. As a Outside Marketing Representative you will work with our Agency Owner and Commercial Sales Producer on marketing to small businesses in our area for insurance products including Commercial Auto, General Liability, Workers Compensation, as well as Health and Employee Benefits. No insurance experience. 

Salary: $50,000.00 - $69,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone, cold calls, networking, referrals, and other lead databases to promote products, services and/or programs.
• Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
• Informs customers of promotions and new or upgraded products using prepared scripts.

• Minimum 1 year prior sales experience preferred.
