Salary: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Manage our growing customer service team by reinforcing our customer focused culture and processes 
• Identify potential gaps in customer coverage to better protect their families.  Then refer them to our sales department.
• Provide exceptional customer service, with empathy, on high level service issues

Requirements

• Required
  • Must possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude and have a true passion for helping people!
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have above average computer skills
  • Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start.
  • Must be willing to work out of both of our agency locations.  One location is near Bass Pro Shops and the other is in Benton
  • Must work well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
  • P&C License is required - can be obtained during the recruitment process.
• Not Required, but a plus
  • Previous insurance experience
  • Management experience 
  • Life and Health License is not required, but if licensed is a plus
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is not required but a plus!!!
