Job Description

The Mike Wise Farmers Insurance Agency is expanding and we are looking to hire the right individual to join our outstanding customer service team.

As a Customer Service Representative of this agency, you will help by building and developing customer relationships within our community, and promoting Farmers Insurance products. These include but are not limited to auto, home, and life insurance. 

 

Salary: $50,000.00 per year

The Customer Service Representative position includes a Salary + Commission + a Bonus compensation structure.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer policy change requests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Be outstanding at relationship building.
  • Answer phones daily.
  • Provide on-going support to insurance clients as needed.
  • Issue certificates of insurance and accepts payments.

Requirements

  • Prior office administrative or customer service background.
  • A Property & Casualty Insurance license.
  • Ability to juggle 10+ service requests a day and handle the stress of multitasking.
  • Organizational Skills.
  • Capability to work well with other employees and to be a team player with a positive attitude.
  • Confidence necessary to handle all types of clients and to quote and sell insurance to prospects or existing clients who call in.
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
