Rani Alfers Farmers Insurance Agency Inc in Dallas, Texas is a locally owned agency that helps individuals and families protect what matters most through auto, home, and life insurance. We’re growing and looking for a Full-Time Insurance Sales Agent to grow with us.

We work in a fast-paced, relationship-driven Property & Casualty insurance agency, and we value people who understand how agency life works. If you’ve worked with companies like Farmers, Allstate, State Farm, or a similar agency, you’ll feel right at home here.

In this role, you’ll speak with warm leads and existing clients, guide them through coverage options, and help them feel confident in their insurance decisions. We believe great results come from clear communication, consistency, and showing up for our clients and teammates every day. We work hard, support one another, and celebrate wins together.

Salary: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Connect with new and existing clients to understand their insurance needs
• Quote, present, and close auto, home, and life insurance policies
• Follow up thoughtfully and build long-term client relationships
• Track daily activity, goals, and sales performance
• Explain coverage options in a clear, friendly, and helpful way
• Stay current on agency systems, processes, and products
• Contribute positively to a collaborative and goal-driven team environment

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Property & Casualty insurance agency preferred
• Experience with carriers such as Farmers, Allstate, State Farm, or similar is a plus
• Sales or client-facing experience required
• Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
• Organized, coachable, and motivated by personal and team goals
• Willing to obtain or currently hold a Texas Property & Casualty license
• Enjoys working in a supportive, accountable, and high-energy team
