Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Serve as a primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring prompt and professional assistance.

Policy Management: Process policy changes, updates, and assist with policy renewals.

Answer Inquiries: Address client inquiries related to insurance coverage, claims, and billing.

Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve client concerns or issues, providing accurate and timely solutions.

Documentation: Maintain accurate client records and documentation in our systems.

Requirements

Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills with a friendly and inviting demeanor.

Communication Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing client information.

Organizational Skills: Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Insurance Knowledge: Property & Casualty license Required

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
