Salary: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Bringing in Personal Lines Accounts through presentation and potential client interactions.
• Following through on Commercial Lines opportunities.
• Prospecting/Generating Organic Leads for your book of business.
• Providing the ˜Citrus™ experience through follow-through and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
• Fostering strong relationships with current and prospective clients to maintain client retention.

Requirements

• Willing to obtain within 30 days or currently possess Property & Casualty License and Life & Health License.
• Insurance Industry experience a bonus!
• Ability to be self-motivated and work independently.  
• Conduct yourself in a professional manner in all communication, including via the phone, email, and face to face. 
• Excellent written/oral and verbal communication skills. 
• Proficient computer software knowledge/skills and able to thrive in a paperless environment.
• Being respectful and compliant with all health and safety Policies and Procedures put in place.
