Job Description

Our focus is serving nonprofits so they can serve the community. We are looking to train the right individual to fit our company culture. This is a full-time position. Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible to provide exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects when they call in for assistance.

Insurance industry or agency experience and knowledge is not required but would be a greater benefit relating to customers at the beginning for this position.

Salary: $28,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Handle all incoming claim calls from customers.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements..
• Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, and solve or refer problems.
• Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
